This is my first purchase from urban space bought first 2 sets of blackout curtains its really value for money the material is good the finishing is good it does solve the purpose of blocking the light from both sides the delivery and hope shopping experience was smooth easy to use I had some queries about the size before buying the product for which i was able to connect on WhatsApp and got my queries answered in very short time so I really appreciate that customer service even before buying the product and also those small surprise gestures as a token of gift which came with the product was just icing on cake thanks i am very happy i did ordered another set of curtains too wish to have this good quality value for money experience in future too thanks Urban Space team all the best you guys are doing great

I have placed order twice for these curtains, first batch is good i can give a rating 5 for that. However, in the 2nd set the lengths of two pieces are different, while raising an issue the customer care response was prompt, but similar issue was there with the replacement pieces, the alteration and restitch quality is very poor. hence, the rating 3 star
